1章：本規約について

本規約は、RELI Projectが製作した「Shooting Game」に関する利用規約です。

ご不明な点がございましたら、leagal@sora81.devにお問い合わせください。
その際、件名に「Shooting Game」という用語を含めてください。
また、利用規約のバージョンを本文内に記載して下さい。


2章：用語の定義


3章：YouTubeなどのプラットフォームへの配信

1.		本ゲームを使用して、YouTubeなどのプラットフォームにおける実況などを行うことができます。
2.		本ゲームを使用した動画にて、利益を得ることができます。
3.		本ゲームを使用する際、Shooting Gameのリンクを必ず張って下さい。
4.		RTAなども行うことができます。ただし、Any%を行う際は、ゲーム固有のバグを利用したものに限ります。


4章：禁止行為

1.		本ゲームを二次配布すること
2.		本ゲームを逆コンパイルすること
3.		本ゲームをチートツールを使用してプレイすること
4.		本ゲームを使用して、違法な行為などに使うこと


5章：著作権に関する表示

1.		本ゲームは、MITライセンスが適用されます。
2.		本ゲームの画像やプログラムの著作権は、「RELI Project」と「そら」の両方にに帰属します。
3.		本動画を使用した配信・動画の著作権はすべて、作成者に帰属します。


6章：免責事項

1.      本ゲームの利用により生じた、いかなる損害（データの消失、デバイスの故障、金銭的損失、その他のトラブルを含みますが、これらに限りません）について、RELI Projectおよびそら は一切の責任を負いません。
2.      本ゲームを利用することで、利用者は自己の責任において本ゲームを利用することに同意したものとみなされます。

1.		You CAN stream (or share) the video (or streaming) like YouTube.
2.		You CAN make money from the video you stream.
3.		You MUST put a link that goes to the Shooting Game homepage.
4.		You CAN do RTA. BUT if you play Any%, you can ONLY use game specific bugs.

Section 4: Prohibited Behaviour

1.		You MUST NOT distribute secondary distribution.
2.		You MUST NOT reverse compile.
3.		You MUST NOT use a cheat to play this game.
4.		You MUST NOT act illegally.

Section 5: Copyright Notice.

1.		This game is licensed under the MIT.
2.		The copyright of the program and the images of this game belong to both "RELI Project" and "Sora".
3.		The copyright of ALL the video (or streaming) will belong to the creator.

Section 6: Disclaimer

1.      If you get any trouble from using this game (such as data loss, device damage, money loss, or other problems), RELI Project and Sora WILL NOT take any responsibility.
2.      When you use this game, you AGREE to use it at your own risk.
